To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • In original packaging

A valid proof of purchase is required.

Non‑returnable items: Custom‑made, personalised, or made‑to‑measure items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Note:

  • Shipping charges are non‑refundable.
  • If return shipping is applicable, it may be deducted from the refund amount.
